GOND KATIRA

Gond Katira or otherwise known as Tragacanth Gum is plant derived gum with numerous health benefits. Traditionally it has been known to treat Heat stroke due to its cooling properties. Furthermore it is an excellent thickening agent and essential ingredient for several recipes.

Directions for use: Soak in water overnight or untill it transforms into a jelly like substance.
